The Saturnine Dreadnought is a mobile weapons battery built to destroy the hardest infantry targets at close to medium range. Its paired inversion beamers grow more destructive as the target nears, each projecting a broad blast capable of erasing entire formations of heavy infantry. Any foe that closes further must contend with its heavy particle shredders. Entombed within is a Legionary whose preference for heavy firepower and explosions over close combat has endured beyond death.
